DMC 5 PS5 UPGRADE 1080P
In DMC5 Special Edition, players have the choice of turning on ray tracing and prioritising resolution (4K / 30fps) or frame rate (targeting 1080p / 60fps), as well as other visual modes without it. The console has virtually the same CPU as the $500 / £450 Series X, but a less powerful GPU, less memory and no disc drive. The $300 / £250 Xbox Series S was revealed last month and will target running games at 1440p, with support for ray-tracing, 120fps and 4K upscaling. There was no mention of PS5 in Monday’s update, however ray tacing has been shown running on the console in all of its promotion.
